Warranty Policy

All machines are sold with a One year Warranty and we always honor our machine warranty. There is no reason to return the machine for refund.

We provide a One Year Warranty on machines and labor. Buyer must pay shipping see Terms and Conditions Return Policy

Warranty of product

There is a one (1) year Manufacturer's Warranty on the machines from the manufacturers. Buyer should be responsible for S&H for repairing service. This warranty does not cover consumable parts and goods such as torches and all other consumables. Seller also disclaims liability for any injury to persons or to property, or other damages of any nature whatsoever, whether special, indirect, consequential or compensatory, directly or indirectly resulting from the publication, use of, or reliance on any statements we make through emails or published on the web regarding use of any of the Goods. As this is voluntary service from Seller, Seller reserves the right to terminate this service at any time for any Goods sold without obligations and advanced notice.


Please read the terms and conditions of sale prior to placing the order. Buyer agrees with the terms and conditions set forth in following paragraphs by Seller by placing the order. "Buyer" refers to the person or legal entity placing the order. "Goods" refer to merchandise and products being ordered. Seller refers to "Simadre Techs LLC".

Pricing and Delivery

Prices displayed are in U.S. dollars. Pricing of all orders includes shipping and handling charges for the specified quantities of Goods if Buyer resides in the US. For international Buyer, additional shipping charges will be added and communicated to Buyer through email. Buyer might also be required to pay for a customs fees. Shipping and handling fees will be calculated and added based on method of shipment.

Seller collects sales tax in addition to the sale price listed on the web site or catalog (as a percentage of the sale price which already includes shipping and handling charges) if Buyer resides in California. Seller does not collect sales tax if Buyer lives in any states besides California.

The Goods are shipped only after the payment (including shipping and handling fees) is confirmed. Shipping dates are provided to Buyer through email on the basis of Seller's best estimate for informational purposes only and are not guaranteed. All deliveries are F.O.B. Seller's shipping point, meaning that title to the Goods and risk of loss thereto passes to Buyer on delivery to carrier. Buyer shall be responsible for filing and pursuing claims with carriers for loss or damage in transit. If Buyer is unable to receive the Goods when they are tendered,

Buyer is responsible for any losses, damages, or additional expenses incurred as a result of Buyer's inability to receive the Goods when they are tendered.

The Goods might be shipped via First Class Mail, Priority mail, Fedex or UPS. Signature are required upon delivery for orders of machines.

For all Goods shipped to Buyer locations in the U.S., claims for shortages or discrepancies will be waived by Buyer unless made in writing within seven (7) days of receipt of shipment. Due to complication of import/export issues, unless otherwise prearranged in writing with Seller, for all Goods shipped to Buyer locations outside of the U.S., Buyer waives the claims for discrepancies in part number or quantity received versus part number or quantity shown on the packing list.

Payment terms

SiMadre Techs LLC ONLY accepts U.S. Currency.

Order cancellation

Seller reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order. Buyer cannot cancel the order after checking out but must return through the "return and refund policy" as applicable to domestic Buyer except when content of order is changed by Seller due to unforeseen changes of government laws and regulations or sudden change of shipping cost as noted earlier in this document.

Refund, Replacement, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

For DOA returns and defects, buyer needs to handle the return shipment and ship everything back in their original state. A full refund will be given once the return is delivered and inspected.

Replacements, exchanges, and repairs are also available, pricing depends on warranty status. Please send us an email or call us to follow up.

We allow conditional returns for domestic orders only. Buyer may return the complete package intact and in its original package for a refund within seven (7) days of receipt of shipment. To qualify for this refund (as applicable), Buyer must contact Seller and Buyer will be given an RMA (return merchandise authorization) request number. A copy of the sales receipt with the RMA number on it, and the shipping label must accompany the return. A restocking fee of 30% will be charged from the original sales price if there is nothing wrong with the product. The buyer is responsible for return shipping, paid through their preferred shipping method. Seller will refund as soon as possible after processing the RMA and approving the return. Seller reserves the right to refuse refund of any Goods returned without an RMA number or valid authorization. Seller also reserves the right not to refund any Goods deemed not in its original condition. If the return is not approved upon receipt of the merchandise, Seller will not ship the merchandise back to the Buyer.

Detailed Rules:

1. You MUST write this RMA number outside the return box. Any package without a RMA number will be rejected and returned to sender at senders cost. If an RMA number is not given, you do not need to provide an RMA number.

2. You MUST ship the machine (machine only) back to us for repair or replacement. You MUST use a TRACEABLE shipping carrier to ship the return package AND must also email us the tracking number once you ship out the package.

3. Our technician will carefully check the machine externally and internally, fully test your machine and make sure the failure is not caused by abuse or drop. The repair process usually takes up to 7-10 business days; a new replacement will be shipped if the machine repair service cannot be done within 7-10 business days. If the failure is due to a broken torch, you shall purchase a new torch and we will ship your original machine and new torch to you.

4. For DOA, buyer needs to handle the return shipment and ship everything back in their original state. Refund or replacement will be sent upon receipt and inspection.

1-year Warranty Agreement Return Conditions: Buyer shall cover shipping of parts and return shipping. Shipping costs of parts can be waived, please contact us. Return shipping for machines must be covered by the buyer, but shipping of the replacement or repair back to the buyer is FREE. Additional parts may incur additional fees.

Customer from AK, PR, HI and Canada shall add extra fee for return shipping. Payments and invoices will be processed through PayPal. Alternative methods available, please contact us.

At this moment, Seller does not carry return and refund policy for international Buyer due to complication and cost of import/export.

Disclaimer of Liability

Seller does not manufacture any of the Goods sold and disclaims liability for any injury to persons or to property, or other damages of any nature whatsoever, whether special, indirect, consequential or compensatory, directly or indirectly resulting from the use of any of our Goods. Seller also disclaims liability for operation without proper license and/or safety precautions of any machines sold, if such license and/or safety precautions are required by law or regulations of Buyer's residence. If Buyer purchases the order for OEM sales, it is Buyer's responsibility to make sure there are no legal copyright issues with the brand names being used
